This year I got the possibility to spend December and Christmas time in New York City. I have dreamed about it since I watched „Home Alone 2: Lost in New York” for the first time. Luckily my dreams came true! New York is one of the most amazing city in the world but during the festive period, the whole town turns into a magical place. There's a lot of fabulous Christmas decorations, window illuminations and lights. I have such a love affair with Christmassy NYC. My favourite spot is of course The Rockefeller Center, where is located a really huge (trust me) Christmas Tree. This is a world-wide symbol of the upcoming holidays. New Yorkers can feel the Christmas spirit like no other. I was fascinated by the marvellously decorated houses. They look really amazing especially in the evening. If you are wondering where you can get the best Christmas atmosphere - New York is definitely the best idea!
