Which mood do you choose?

Do you know what my typical day as a fashion blogger & stylist looks like? What you see on my Instagram & blog is only the final effect of not easy and really intensive work behind almost every photo (sometimes even tears are involved). When I started my journey with the fashion world I was at my early 20, so about 10 years ago. At the same time I was studying law. I used to think that fashion can be a nice alternative to my stricte schedule as a student. Since I remember, I always chose my clothes to kindergarten and told my mom what to wear. Later this fascination became my passion. Fashion has absorbed me completely. Thanks to the amazing people from this industry that Someone has put in my way. Now I’m living my dreams working with many talented fashion designers and fashion houses. But this work isn’t easy. Trust me, I know what I say.
I usually wake up about 7-8 am, sometimes even earlier if I have a lot of overdue work to be done (responding to the hundreds of e-mails, creating fashion articles, blog posts). Next quick shower & breakfast, I hate to be hungry in the morning, then checking my schedule for the nearest hours. During the day I have about 3-4 meetings with designers and appointments in showrooms. I always choose things that I love the most, and I want to share with you. I’ll never recommend something that I would not have found myself. Fashion has always been a kind of art to me. Trends come & go but only a few are worth focusing on them. My favorite fashion icon is Audrey Hepburn. Her personal style was really unique as a muse of Hubert de Givenchy. The connection between the past and the present is very important in the fashion world. Due to this I always want to smuggle some important trends from the past in the styles I create now for myself and people I help to dress up. Going back to my daily routine, after meetings I have time to shoot outfits on me and here the most problems begin. Together with my team we have to fight with light, weather, my hair that doesn’t always want to cooperate, unexpected pimple in the middle of my face. Yes, it’s all in the details, small details that significantly affect the final result. I’m rather a perfectionist at work and sometimes when everything goes wrong, I cry from helplessness. Of course, it doesn’t last long, but I’m only a human not automat and I always share emotions which currently are on my mind.
As a blogger I’m getting a lot of invitations for different events but after very busy day, the only thing I dream about is my comfy bed. I like to party but when you work intensive, sometimes you need to choose between hungover and fresh mind the following day. Especially if you have to catch a morning flight. Something for something. And of course during this busy schedule I also need to find time for my private life & my other passions.
I hope this post can bring you closer to real fashion blogger & stylist life. Not always easy and carefree but certainly very satisfying.
